I sit in an emptiness which has no outcome intended, and no direction to follow, except an impulse. This feeds my initiative to respond to impulses, trust what is not thought, accept what is not seen or give into what is not known. This "blind" journal as paint and papaer is but to dribble out some something... and let it flow. This journal generates impulse attunement which is largely what guides me in my deepest, darkest times when I am but maybe, maybe a whisper as a body racked with pain and or massive struggle. Impulses in their slight lift of suggestion or clarification give me what can be or might be something. And that itty bitty something might be all I have to embrace and respond to. And then I wait for another impulse to move some color or create shape. NO JUDGEMENT, FULL ACCEPTANCE and ALLOWANCE of an attempt at honesty.

Maybe it is just a good dance for today. Or a slog, sometimes that is just the way it is.

I am feeling into a legacy as a woman. Ancients feel present in many ways. Is this true for you?

You know those social exchanges that just feel like the sparkle of the stardust which is there.

What is seen and not seen. What is and what is experienced truths.

Responses to stillness cultivated. A life of contemplation to embrace what is happening. Revealing what is. An abundant spring bubbling forth that which is behind and with form, yet not bound to form while giving form. Ha, go figure!

Oh this and that of plants, critters, & body as each nurture, impact and impart wisdom.
